The company was originally founded in 1954 in Greenfield, MA, by Roy B Chapin, CPA, (as Roy B. Chapin & Co.), and soon became one of the leading public accounting firms in the area. Naturally given the long history of the firm we have seen some name changes over the years as partners retired and new partners have come on board. Most recently, we changed our name from Pascucci, Teixeira & Co., PC, to Teixeira CPA, PC. Though the company name is different, we continue to be a full-service accounting practice, and remain dedicated to quality service and client relationships.
Fernando Teixeira, CPA
Fernando has a BBA in Accounting from Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts Amherst. He joined the firm in 1997, became a partner 2004, and sole owner in 2019.
Fernando focuses on delivering value when providing client services. Advising and preparing tax returns and financial statements are opportunities to help clients increase profits and reduce taxes. He has extensive knowledge and experience working with financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for business and not-for-profit organizations. He will assist you in designing financial statements that effectively communicate with your creditors, investors, or donors.
When Fernando isn’t busy in the office, you may find him enjoying a meal at a local restaurant, sipping a glass of wine at a vineyard, walking or biking the Manhan Trail, catching a newly released movie…and never forgets the popcorn, or simply enjoying a football game with family and friends.
Aimee Fleury – Senior Accountant
Aimee has a BS in Business Management, Accounting Concentration, from Westfield State University.
Aimee has been with the firm since 2003. She performs reviews, compilations, and various tax engagements for corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietors. She leads many of our audits of local small- and medium-sized not-for-profit organizations.
Jennifer Donais – Office Manager
Jennifer is from the Finger Lakes region of New York and moved to Western MA in 1998. She joined the firm in 2018 as a part-time administrative assistant while working in real estate. She had ample experience in the field after working for a CPA for over 14 years. She is our office manager, bookkeeper, and general go-to person. She enjoys meeting clients and helping make an often dreaded yearly task a pleasant experience.
Jennifer is also an animal lover who dreams of owning an animal sanctuary. She and her husband have two rescue dogs and two rescue cats (and their yard is home to birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and rabbits who leave with full bellies). They enjoy live music while sipping cold hoppy IPAs.
